- Simplifies setup with adjustable edge guides and integrated measuring scales for error-free alignment.
- Lightweight polymer construction may not be suited for heavy industrial use but is robust enough for professional cabinetry projects.
Specifications
- The jig body is constructed from durable polymer; includes two movable guide sleeves made of hardened steel suitable for Ø4.5 mm (3/16") drill bits.
- The tool weighs approximately 0.28 kg; designed to withstand repeated application in woodworking environments.
- Main frame dimensions: approximately 200 mm x 208 mm x 208 mm. Supports hardware installations with hole spacing between 25–127 mm (1–5 inches).
- Differentiated by lockable guide sleeves that can be positioned at common knob/pull spacings; measurement scales are clearly marked in both millimeters and inches on the jig body.
How it works
Set the desired hole spacing using the adjustable guides and secure them. Align the edge guide flush against your workpiece, then use a drill through the hardened sleeves to achieve perfectly spaced hardware holes without measuring errors.
