Usage
The Paumelle à clamer Dr. Hahn is designed for mounting and adjusting aluminum doors in commercial or residential buildings, specifically compatible with Reynaers and RC-System profiles.
Advantages
- Six-way adjustability allows for precise door alignment without removing the leaf.
- Supports heavy aluminum doors up to 140 kg (two-piece) or 220 kg (three-piece), depending on configuration.
- High corrosion resistance ensures long-term durability, even in challenging environments.
- No lubrication required thanks to maintenance-free bearing points.
- Available in RAL 9016 finish for seamless integration with modern architectural designs; may require profile-specific adaptation during installation.
Specifications
- Manufactured from extruded aluminum with stainless steel pins for high strength and stability.
- Carries CE certification according to EN 1935:2002, hinge class up to grade 14 for enhanced safety and quality assurance.
- Bearing load capacity of up to either 140 kg (two-part hinge) or up to 220 kg (three-part hinge); horizontal adjustment ±2.5 mm, vertical adjustment +3 mm/–2 mm, sealing pressure ±0.5 mm; allows door opening angle over 180°.[2][3]
- Synthetic sleeve bushings provide improved anti-friction properties; compatible with left- or right-handed doors; maintenance-free operation.[3]
How it works
This clamp-on hinge is fixed directly onto the designated aluminum door profiles using appropriate fasteners. Adjustments can be made horizontally, vertically, and in sealing pressure after installation, allowing precise positioning without disassembling the door leaf.[3][2]
