Usage
The Opérateur électro mécanique ED100 is designed for automating single or double-leaf hinged doors in commercial and public buildings. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications requiring reliable, hands-free door operation.
Advantages
- Modular design allows flexible installation as a push or pull version, with optional arm and cover configurations.
- Supports door leaf weights up to 160 kg and widths up to 1,100 mm, accommodating a variety of standard swing doors.
- EN 2-4 adjustable closing force enables precise adaptation to different door sizes according to EN 1154 standards.
- Wide operating temperature range from –15°C to +50°C and IP20 protection ensure performance in diverse environments.
- Lacks integrated arm or cover (supplied separately), allowing tailored selection but may require additional components for use.
Specifications
- The ED100 features an electromechanical drive housed in a compact unit measuring approximately 685 x 70 x 130 mm. It supplies power at AC 230 V / 50 Hz ±10% with a maximum consumption of 120 W.
- This operator is manufactured according to ISO 9001 quality management standards and carries an environmental declaration under ISO 14025 guidelines.
- The system accommodates door leaves weighing up to 160 kg, supports widths from 700–1,100 mm, offers an opening angle up to 110°, and has operational speeds ranging from approximately 4–12 seconds (open) /5–21 seconds (close).
- Differentiating functions include selectable hold-open times (30/180 s), adjustable closing force EN 2-4, wind load control by monitoring speed deviation in automatic mode,
electronic latching during final closing degrees,
and compatibility for integration with safety sensors.
How it works
The ED100 uses an electromechanical mechanism powered by the building’s mains supply
to automate the opening and closing of swing doors. Operation can be triggered by buttons,
sensors or access systems; settings like speed,
force
and hold-open time are adjustable on-site for optimal performance within the intended application.
