Usage
The GESIPA HN2 rivet pliers are designed for manual installation of blind rivets and Bulb-Tite rivets in a range of materials, making them ideal for industrial assembly, repairs, and construction applications.
Advantages
- Handles Bulb-Tite blind rivets up to 7.7 mm diameter in aluminium and up to 6.4 mm in all other materials.
- Die-cast aluminium housing ensures robust durability while keeping the tool lightweight.
- Integrated mandrel collector swivels for safe and efficient disposal of spent mandrels.
- Optimized lever-arm mechanism reduces the force needed for riveting, decreasing user fatigue during repeated use.
- Nosepieces included for multiple diameters (4.0 / 5.2 / 6.3 / 7.7 mm), allowing versatile application across projects.
Specifications
- The housing is made from high-quality die-cast aluminium; forged chromium-vanadium steel shanks provide extra strength.
- The tool’s stable design protects internal components from dirt; includes integrated swivel mandrel collector.
- Total length: 570 mm; stroke: approximately 10 mm per cycle; weight: approx. 1.85 kg.
- Differentiating features include an optimal gear-segment ratio and lever system that minimize required hand force during operation.
How it works
The operator inserts the appropriate nosepiece, loads a compatible blind or Bulb-Tite rivet into the jaws, positions it in place, then compresses the handles to set the rivet securely—while spent mandrels are automatically collected by a swiveling container for easy disposal.
