Designed for reliable fastening in sheet metal, construction, and assembly tasks, the GESIPA standard blind rivets with flat head (Ø4x16mm) are ideal for creating strong joints where only one side of the workpiece is accessible. Suitable for use with compatible rivet pliers in industrial and maintenance settings.
The blind rivet is inserted through pre-drilled holes in overlapping workpieces. Using a compatible riveting tool, the mandrel is pulled, causing the back of the aluminium body to expand and securely clamp both parts together. The mandrel breaks off automatically when full clamping force is reached.
