Usage
The Geze TS 4000 E door closer is designed for overhead installation on single-leaf fire and smoke protection doors in public, commercial, or industrial buildings. It ensures controlled automatic door closing with an integrated electric hold-open function for added convenience.

How it works
The TS4000 E uses an overhead arm mechanism that closes the door smoothly after every opening, thanks to its hydraulically controlled system. The built-in electric hold-open keeps the door open at a set angle while powered. In case of fire alarm or power failure, it automatically releases—ensuring safe closure as required by regulations[3][9].
