Usage
The Baton cire dure 103 is designed for use in the Novoryt repair kit, enabling quick and effective filling of scratches, dents, drill holes, or chips on PVC window or door profiles during installation or workshop repairs.
Advantages
- Provides a durable and seamless finish on damaged PVC surfaces.
- Compatible with Rénolit, Hornschuch, and Cova profile films for precise color matching.
- Easy to apply both on-site and in the workshop using standard repair tools.
- Meltable composition allows the wax stick to adapt perfectly to surface contours.
- Slight learning curve required for optimal color blending during repairs.
Specifications
- Synthetic hard wax formulation specially developed for PVC profiles.
- Resistant to standard temperature variations in building environments; suitable for indoor and outdoor use under normal conditions.
- The stick measures approximately Ø1cm × 8cm; each piece is intended for multiple minor touch-ups depending on damage extent.
- Engineered to integrate with Novoryt kits; supports fine abrasion and final varnish finish for invisible repairs. Compatible with abrasive pads and steel scrapers included in typical kits.
How it works
The hard wax stick is melted into the repair area using a specialized gas melter from the kit. Once cooled, excess material is shaped using abrasives or a scraper before finishing with a matt varnish layer for long-lasting protection.[1][5]
