Usage
The Baton cire dure 112 is designed for precision repairs of scratches, chips, and small holes on PVC window and door frame profiles. Ideal for professional use during installation or maintenance in workshops or on-site applications.
Advantages
- Enables targeted repair of surface damage without replacing the entire profile
- Compatible with a wide range of PVC finishes, including profiles matched to Rénolit, Hornschuch, and Cova films
- Simplifies application with clean handling and easy shaping upon heating
- Provides durable results resistant to daily wear after proper finishing
- No need for additional fillers; integrates directly into the damaged area
Specifications
- Semi-hard wax formulation specifically developed for rigid PVC surfaces used in window frames and doors
- Sustains long-term adhesion and finish when correctly applied; does not shrink or crack under normal conditions
- Baton length approximately standardized for multiple uses (specific weight/size subject to manufacturer batch)
- Easily color-matched to popular laminate finishes through use with corresponding touch-up pens or varnishes included in Novoryt kits[4][5]
How it works
The wax stick is softened using a heat applicator. Once pliable, the material is applied directly onto the damaged area of the PVC profile. After cooling, excess can be removed by scraping and sanding before applying any necessary finishing products such as a matt varnish or retouching pen[4][5].
