Usage
The Baton cire dure 157 is designed for use with the Novoryt repair kit to restore and fill scratches, dents, chips, or drill holes in PVC window and door profiles during installation or workshop repairs.
Advantages
- Precisely matches specific PVC profile colors for discreet repairs
- High melting temperature ensures enhanced durability after application
- Suitable for both on-site and workshop use
- Easy to apply with compatible melting tools from the Novoryt system
- A minor drawback: requires heat source for application, not usable without dedicated equipment
Specifications
- Cylindrical hard wax stick; approximately 8 cm in length (color tone: 157)
- Formulated for compatibility with PVC surfaces and Renolit, Hornschuch, Cova films
- Melted at high temperature to achieve solid adhesion and resistance to regular handling; maintains its structure under normal ambient conditions
- Differentiated by specific color calibration for seamless integration into existing frame finishes; minimizes repair visibility when applied correctly
How it works
Baton cire dure 157 is softened using a heated applicator or gas melter. The molten wax is deposited into damaged areas of the PVC profile, allowed to cool and harden, then leveled flush using included tools. This restores both function and appearance of the original surface.
