Usage
Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 chêne 300ml is designed for sealing connection and expansion joints in facades, interior walls, and around natural stone surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor construction or renovation projects.

Specifications
- The sealant is based on high-quality polysiloxanes, featuring a matte oak (chêne) finish and supplied in a practical 300ml cartridge.
- Shelf life of up to 15 months unopened; remains effective at temperatures from -50°C to +150°C.
- Permanently elastic with an elastic recovery capacity above 80% (ISO 7389); shore A hardness of approximately 32; maximum permissible deformation: 20%.
- Mould-resistant formula certified safe on natural stones, non-yellowing under UV exposure, suitable for sanitary areas as well as facades and kitchens. The product cures by air humidity at a rate of roughly 2.5 mm/24h at room temperature.
How it works
Apply the silicone directly into clean joints using a compatible dispenser. The sealant cures through reaction with ambient humidity, forming a permanently elastic joint that resists mould growth, UV exposure, temperature swings, and washing agents.
