The Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 in grey is a neutral one-component silicone sealant designed for facade joints, sanitary applications, and natural stone surfaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

- Material: Neutral oxime curing polysiloxane formula with matte appearance.
- Lifespan: Resistant to ageing; unopened product has a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored between +5°C and +25°C in dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
- Curing Performance: Cures at a rate of approximately 3.5 mm per day at standard conditions (23°C and relative humidity of 50%). Shore A hardness is rated at ISO standard of approximately 36.

How it works
This multifunctional silicone cures upon exposure to air humidity after application on clean, dry surfaces.
