Usage
Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 gris roche 300ml is designed for sealing connection and expansion joints in facades, around window and door frames, and in areas where contact with natural stone occurs. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Specifications
- Formulated from polysiloxanes; single-component neutral silicone technology with matte grey finish.
- Shelf life of unopened product is up to 15 months when stored between +5°C and +25°C; meets FDA code criteria for food-contact surfaces (21 §177.2600 (e)).
- Density: approximately 1.31 g/ml; skin formation time at standard conditions about 15 minutes; curing speed roughly 2.5 mm/24h at room temperature (23°C/50% RH).
- Permanently elastic (>80% elastic recovery), Shore A hardness of ~32, maximum permissible joint deformation up to ±20%, elongation at break around180%.
How it works
This silicone sealant is applied directly into the joint using a caulking gun. It cures upon exposure to air humidity, forming a durable elastic seal that accommodates building movement while providing excellent adhesion on various substrates including natural stone, glass, metal, wood, concrete or PVC.
