Usage
Designed for professional sealing tasks, the Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 jasmin mat 300ml is ideal for joints in facades, plumbing works, and around natural stone. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, especially in damp or humid environments.

- Cures at approx. 3.5 mm/24 h at standard conditions; Shore A hardness of ~36; elongation at break of about 130%
- Permanent elasticity allows up to ±12.5% joint movement; excellent adhesion to most building materials including concrete, glass, PVC, wood, metals & stone without primer on many substrates
How it works
The silicone is applied directly from the cartridge onto clean surfaces using a caulking gun. Upon exposure to humidity in the air it cures into an elastic seal that remains flexible over time while resisting mould growth and weathering.
