Usage
Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 Ral7047 grey tele is designed for sealing and finishing connection joints in facades, sanitary spaces, and around natural stone. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
Advantages
- Neutral-curing silicone compatible with most building materials
- Permanent elasticity with high resistance to ageing and temperature variations
- Mould resistant formula ideal for humid or damp areas
- Matt grey finish (Ral7047) aligns with modern architectural trends
- Carries food contact certification (FDA code 21 §177.2600(e)), though not intended for continuous submersion under waterlines
Specifications
- Material: Neutral oxime polysiloxane (one-component silicone)
- Certifications: UKCA & CE EN15651-1/EN15651-3, French VOC emission class A+, FDA-compliant for occasional food contact[1][2]
- Curing rate: Approx. 3.5 mm/24 h at +23°C/50% RH; Shore A hardness: ~36; Elastic recovery >80%; Maximum deformation allowed: up to 12.5%
- Permanently elastic between -50°C and +150°C, excellent UV/weather resistance, non-staining on natural stone surfaces[1][2][3]
How it works
The cartridge is applied using a standard mastic gun onto clean, dry surfaces. On exposure to ambient humidity, the silicone cures into an elastic seal suitable for expansion joints or precise edge finishing in construction and renovation.
