Usage

Silicone DL Chemicals Prestige 3 en 1 gris mat 300ml is designed for versatile sealing tasks in construction and renovation. Suitable for facades, plumbing, and natural stone, it can be used both indoors and outdoors.

• Formulated with polysiloxanes; supplied in a matte grey finish (gris mat).
• CE & UKCA marked according to EN 15651-1: F EXT-INT 12.5 E and EN 15651-3: S XS1. Holds French VOC emission Class A+ certification. FDA compliant for food contact (21 §177.2600 e).
• Density: approximately 1.18 g/ml. Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Temperature resistance: -50°C to +150°C.
  Curing speed at standard conditions (23°C, RH 50%): skin forms after ~17 minutes, cures up to 3.5mm/24 hours.
  Shore A hardness: approx. 36, elastic recovery:> 80%, elongation at break: 130%.
• Pasta-like consistency simplifies tooling. 
  Able to bond securely even on porous substrates when using the recommended primer. 
  Shelf life of unopened product is twelve months under proper storage conditions (+5–+25°C, dry place).

How it works

The sealant is applied directly from the cartridge onto clean, dry surfaces using a caulking gun. It cures by reaction with air humidity, creating a flexible joint that accommodates movement while maintaining durable adherence—even in demanding outdoor or wet-area settings.
