Product
The CCE SQUAD 1240 Automatic Baseboard is a high-performance door sealing solution designed to eliminate gaps between doors and floors. Ideal for both wooden and armored doors, it creates an effective barrier against drafts, noise, and light infiltration.
Specifications
- Constructed with rigid nylon levers reinforced with fiberglass for maximum efficiency and uniform pressure on all floor types
- Fire-resistant silicone seal (UL94-V0 fire class certified)
- Self-directional articulated metal push button with adjustable nylon cap (3mm hex key)
- Lateral mounting brackets for secure installation
- Can be shortened by up to 200mm to fit custom door widths
- 630mm length for standard door widths
Usage
When the door closes, the push button compresses against the door frame or external stop, activating the thrust levers. These lower the internal mobile profile in a guillotine-like motion, starting from the button side and progressing to the opposite end, creating a complete seal along the entire door length.
