The CCE SQUAD 1240 automatic baseboard is a concealed drop-down seal for 1330 mm wooden or security doors, designed to close the gap under the door and improve acoustic, thermal, and smoke control performance.

Usage
When the door closes, the push button presses against the frame or an external stop, activating the internal linkage. The inner profile drops in a guillotine-style movement, first on the button side then on the opposite side, until the fire-retardant silicone seal contacts the floor along the full door width.
