CCE SQUAD 1240 automatic baseboard is a high-performance door sealing solution designed to eliminate gaps between the door and floor. Ideal for wooden and armored doors, this 1130mm automatic drop-down seal ensures effective soundproofing, thermal insulation, and protection against drafts.

Specifications

  • Manufactured with rigid nylon linkage system reinforced with fiberglass for maximum efficiency and uniform pressure on all floor types
  • Features a self-directional articulated metal push button with adjustable nylon cap using a 3mm hex key
  • Equipped with fire-resistant silicone seal (UL94-V0 fire class certification)
  • Secured with lateral mounting brackets for stable installation
  • Can be shortened by up to 200mm to fit various door dimensions

Usage

When the door closes, the push button compresses against the door frame or external stop, activating the thrust rods. This creates a guillotine-like motion of the internal mobile profile, lowering first on the button side then on the opposite side until completely deployed. The seal adheres to the floor along the entire length of the door, effectively sealing the gap.
