Product
The CCE TREND 1220 automatic baseboard (630mm) is engineered to seal the gap between the bottom of a door and the floor, providing enhanced insulation and sound dampening for PVC, wood, aluminum, or armored doors.
Specifications
- Constructed with rigid glass fiber-reinforced nylon linkages for maximum efficiency and uniform floor pressure
- Adjustable, articulated metal push-button actuator with a nylon cap, adjusted using a 3mm hex key
- Fire-resistant co-extruded thermoplastic gasket (rigid + flexible composition)
- Can be shortened by up to 200 mm for precise fitting
- Installs with screws (not supplied); mechanism is removable for mounting
Usage
When the door closes, the self-directing push button presses against the frame or an external stop, lowering the internal sliding profile in a guillotine motion until the seal makes continuous contact with the floor. This blocks drafts, dust, and noises regardless of the floor type.
