Product
The CCE TREND 1220 automatic baseboard is an engineered drop-down seal for doors, designed to efficiently close the gap between the door and the floor. Ideal for use with PVC, wood, aluminum, and armored doors, it provides reliable insulation for various environments.
Specifications
- Manufactured with rigid nylon linkages reinforced with fiberglass for optimal durability and consistent pressure across all floor types
- Features a self-directing, articulated metal push-button with an adjustable nylon cap (adjustable via a 3 mm hex key)
- Sealing gasket made of co-extruded, flame-retardant thermoplastic material (rigid and flexible components)
- Can be installed with screws (not included) after temporarily removing the internal mechanism; maximum shortening capacity: 200 mm per piece
- Suitable for both residential and commercial doors, targeting sound and draft insulation needs
Usage
The baseboard automatically descends when the door is closed, activated by a push-button pressing against the frame or a fixed stop. This triggers a sequential guillotine-like movement, ensuring the internal profile seals to the floor along the entire door width, efficiently blocking air, dust, and noise.
