Product
The CCE SMALL 1213 automatic baseboard is a compact drop-down seal designed for doors, ensuring efficient sealing of the gap between the door and floor across installation widths of 1330 mm. Suitable for use in a variety of environments, including private, commercial, and technical settings.
Specifications
- Features rigid linkages made of nylon reinforced with fiberglass, delivering high mechanical efficiency and consistent pressure on every floor type
- Compatible with PVC, wood, aluminum, and armored doors
- Includes a self-directing metal push-button with an adjustable nylon cap, set with a 3 mm hex key
- The internal gasket is produced from flame-retardant co-extruded thermoplastic (rigid and flexible)
- Fixes directly via screws passing through predrilled points in the gasket
- Can be shortened by up to 150 mm for customized fit
Usage
When the door closes, the push-button is depressed against the door frame or an external stop, activating the fiberglass-reinforced linkages. This mechanism causes the movable inner profile to lower in a guillotine motion, first on the push-button side, then the opposite, until the full seal is achieved. The flexible gasket presses firmly against the floor, blocking drafts, dust, and noise.
