Usage

The Cisa TEKNO 45/10 high-security double half-cylinder is designed for access control in doors requiring enhanced protection against forced entry, picking, and duplication. Suitable for residential, commercial, or sensitive sites.

Specifications

  • The cylinder features a brass body, brass plugs, carbonitrided steel pins, hardened steel variable shape drivers, and phosphor bronze plus steel springs. The DIN clutch-type cam provides reliable emergency operation.
  • The product complies with EN1303:2015 standards; certified SKG** for burglary resistance; rated Durability grade 6 (100,000 cycles).
  • The core uses a high-precision system: ten pins (six active + four passive), supporting over one million variations. External/internal dimensions are 45/10 mm; unit weight approx. 0.225 kg.
  • Main differentiators include anti-extraction body cutouts, direct drill/bump/pick protections on both sides of the stator as well as two control pins for extra security.

How it works

Insert the reversible flat key into either side of the cylinder to align internal pins to their correct heights; this action permits rotation of the core and actuates door locking/unlocking mechanisms even if another key is present in the opposite side.
