Description

Usage

The Cisa TEKNO DUO 35/60 double cylinder is designed for securing exterior and interior doors in residential, commercial, or public buildings where very high mechanical protection against intrusion is required.

Advantages

  • Cylinder conforms to EN 1303 standards and provides up to 100,000 operating cycles.

Specifications

  • Cylinder body: nickel-plated brass; clutch cam in self-lubricating DIN sintered steel; pins in carbonitrided/hardened steel; phosphor bronze and steel springs.
  • Certified according to European standard EN1303:2005 for durability (grade: up to class “6”) and security (attack resistance class “2”).
  • 10 pin key bitting system (6 active pins, 4 passive); supports over one million possible combinations. Cylinder length: overall ~95 mm (35/60 mm sides); standard weight approx. 0.38 kg.
  • BKP anti-bumping patented system; supplied with three reversible nickel-plated brass keys featuring ergonomic plastic heads and a security card for duplication control. Compatible with masterkeying systems.

How it works

Insert the coded reversible key into either side of the double cylinder. The internal mechanism aligns pins at various heights unique to each key profile, allowing rotation of the cam to activate or release the lock mechanism. The DUO function ensures accessibility even if a key is left in place on one side.
