Usage
Neutral silicone sealant for the sealing of connection and expansion joints, suitable for use in construction on facades, frames, concrete, and wood. Ideal for interior and exterior joints requiring durable elasticity in grey RAL7022.

Specifications
- Chemistry: Polysiloxane-based neutral oxime curing silicone (1-component)
- Certifications: UKCA & CE (EN 15651-1 F EXT-INT 25 LM, EN15651-2 G25 LM), French VOC class A+, SNJF Façade 25 E, ATG approval
- Curing speed: Forms skin in ~15 minutes at standard conditions; cures at a rate of about 2.5–3 mm/24 hours (23°C/50% RH)
- Tensile properties: Shore A hardness ~23; elastic recovery >80%; elongation at break ~300%; max permissible deformation: up to ±25%
- Differentiating features: Remains flexible from -50°C up to +150°C temperature range. Density approx.1.21 g/ml. Cartridge size:310ml.
How it works
The silicone is applied directly from the cartridge into clean joints using a manual or pneumatic gun. It cures through humidity in the air—forming an elastic joint that compensates for movement while sealing against water and air ingress.
