Usage
This neutral silicone is designed for sealing connection and expansion joints in building and construction, especially where strong adhesion to a wide range of materials is required. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Advantages

Specifications
- Composition: Neutral oxime-curing polysiloxane silicone (1-component)
- Cured durability: Elastic recovery >80% (ISO 7389); maximum deformation: 25% (ISO 11600); elongation at break: approx. 300%
- Curing rate: Forms skin within about 15 minutes at +23°C/50% RH; cures approx. 2.5–3 mm per day under standard conditions; Shore A hardness: ~23 (ISO 868)
- Temperature resistance from -50°C to +150°C; application temperature between +5°C and +40°C; density approx. 1.21 g/ml; contains <100 g/l VOCs*
How it works
The silicone is applied directly from the cartridge into clean joints using a caulking gun. It cures by reacting with humidity in the air to form an elastic seal that absorbs movement while maintaining strong long-term adhesion across most substrates.
