Silicone neutre DL Chemicals AM85-1 gris clair RAL7035 is a high-performance, one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant ideal for professional sealing of joints in window frames, concrete, and treated wood. Supplied ready-to-use in 310ml or 300ml cartridges for easy application in construction and renovation projects.

Usage

Apply directly from the cartridge to clean and dry joints using a caulking gun. Suitable for sealing joints between window frames, façades, partition walls, concrete, and treated wood. For absorbent surfaces (like concrete and brick), priming is advised for optimal adhesion. The product cures at room temperature upon contact with air moisture, achieving skin formation within 15 minutes and full cure after 2.5–3 mm in 24 hours.
