The Abloy EL466 is a modular, solenoid-operated multipoint lock designed for high-security applications on exterior and interior doors. It enables electric control of the exterior handle while ensuring mechanical override and emergency escape from the inside.

Usage
The EL466 provides electric unlocking of the exterior handle via impulses from access control devices such as badge readers or keypads. It can be configured for fail-safe or fail-secure operation. The interior handle always enables mechanical egress, and the lock features automatic deadbolt locking and multipoint security regardless of power state.
